My name is Steven Gutierrez and I am a Personal Trainer with 10 years experience. I currently train out of True Strength and Conditioning, a private gym in Temecula. I specialize in weight-loss, functional training, and strength training, but can provide any type of training to reach your health and fitness goals! I work with senior clients as well as clients that need rehab work to get back to working out to their full potential. I offer private (1 on 1) and semi-private (2-3 people) personal training.
